By combining many skills in a single drill sequence, each player will improve mental processing, footwaor, ball tracking and handling. It's a simple drill that covers a lot of ground. RED lines are direction of ball throws or simulated hits.
Set-Up Starts with each fielder holding a ball in his glove and a person as the feeder. The feeder can be a coach or else each of the players in the group can take a turn as feeder. Run the Drill Details available to Team Players and Team Managers. Please login or join.
