Oates Balance Disc (Pair)
Advanced balance training tool for single-leg exercises like throwing. Use two balance discs for double-arm or double-leg strength and stabilization activities (such as hitting). Lightweight, 13" diameter air-filled disc can be inflated for less balance challenge and deflated to provide more challenge.

Aeromat Balance Beam
Combine the instability of soft foam with the characteristics of a balance beam. The Aeromat beam is designed to improve balance and coordination through core stabilization exercises and exercises requiring a k-board.
Constructed of closed cell foam and encased in durable, easy-to-clean vinyl, the Aeromat Balance Beam package comes with two 36"long sections. Each beam is a trapezoid 2.5" thick, 8.25" wide on one surface, 6.5" wide on the other.
The sections can be used separately or combined as a single 72” beam by attaching the end sections.
With the wider side down it provides greater stability. With the narrower side down the balance beam offers more challenging instability.
Oscillating Bar
An excellent exercise accessory used to increase blood flow, promote flexibility, and increase strength. Resistive exercises are performed by twisting the bar, bending the bar, and flexing the bar back and forth (see sequence below).
Twisting and bending the bar strengthens muscles in the hand and wrist. Shaking the 36" bar causes it to flex, creating force and involving the arm and shoulder to control the oscillations.
