"Using Crossover Symmetry the results have been quite impressive. Our kids seem to bounce back better than before and they have maintained their velocity throughout the game and season. I think the program is beneficial because of its portability and the flexibility of the way it can be used. For instance, we use Crossover after a throwing session, whether it be a bullpen or a game. I felt that it was a great way to cool down and it was a way of starting the rehab process as soon as the young man finished work. On top of that you can do it at home or on the road, so what you get is a first-rate tool." - Derek Johnson, Pitching Coach, Vanderbilt University

Get your upper body in game shape

at home and on the field

Crossover Symmetry is the most advance approach to rotator cuff and scapular strengthening we've seen.
It incorporates the latest research on functional strengthening and upper body plyometrics. The CS System integrates this patent-pending technology into a highly effective and efficient workout routine that is proven to increase throwing velocity and endurance.

  • Dynamic Warm-up: Before throwing, use lighter resistance to avoid fatigue the muscles.
  • Strengthening & Injury Prevention: After throwing, use heavier resistance to promote strengthening in the rotator cuff and scapular muscles.
  • Performance Enhancement: When performing plyometrics, use a light resistance because speed is the key component.
The Crossover Symmetry approach and system is currently in use by 10 MLB organizations, over 100 college baseball teams, countless high-school age programs.

The CS Indoor/Outdoor Package

The 2-pair ID/OD package is the core of the Crossover Symmetry program for dynamic warm up, rehabilitation, injury prevention and performance enhancement at the field, at home, and on the road. Package includes...
  • 4 Crossover Cords (2 pairs) rated by age group / athletic level.
  • Aluminum workout chart features full color, step by step illustrations for each exercise.
  • Interactive Crossover Symmetry DVDs for standard and advanced training
  • Reference booklet and travel bag
  • Door attachments which allow for use at home or on the road. (Click door image for close up.)
Hybrid Packages add more flexibility to training programs.
For most players the 2-pair package will provide a solid training program. Serious athletes often add an intermediate weight between light and heavy to their order for a more performance-structured program. This has become such a popular option that 3-pair Hybrid packages are now offered. Team coaches might want one or more pairs at each resistance level - select a package size then use the chart above to know which other cords to add to your order.
